Donations (FWO Coins)

• Players can donate to the running of and maintenance of the game servers by purchasing points in our webstore. These points can be used to purchase items in the mall.
• Donations are strictly non-refundable. They are to enhance your gameplay and help improve on the overall performance of both our servers, and the ongoing support of the game.
• Any items purchased with credits obtained via the webstore will remain property of Fung Wan Online and Phoenix Games Studios, but will be available to the purchases for the duration of the servers existence.
• Donations are completely at the discretion of the player, funding is not required to host and maintain the server, but any received will improve the speed and level in which we advance our server.

Manners

1. Have manners when talking to any and all GMs, We are human too. We are volunteers and do not work for the players. We run this game as a private server for our benefit, and invite you to be a part of it. We will help players if there is trouble but make no mistake. We are NOT your servants.

Racism

1. Racist or offensive comments are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This includes all forms of in-game chat, private messages, etc

Exploit

1. You may NOT go to an unreachable location to charge a Legendary Item.
2. You may NOT use any glitches and/or exploits that give you an unfair advantage over other players. This rule applies especially during town takeovers and relic raids.

Illegal external programs.

1. You may NOT use any illegal programs such as FWTele or macros for botting in game. Players found or report to be using either will be subject to the penalty procedure as below.

Holding Relics

1. Players CANNOT hold any relic in war time for more the 5 mins with the intention of defending the relics.
   

Scam Case

1. All scam cases will not be entertained UNLESS:

• Its a BUG or exploit on the server which can be proven by the GMs;
• or the player can prove that they did not share their accounts.
  

If players use other methods (online banking/credit top-up/etc) of selling chars/items rather than using credit in the marketplace and they get scammed, we will categorically not entertain any support cases.

The person who is caught SCAMMING however other people will be banned without prejudice. All the accounts associated with the scamming account will be banned too.

Deleted characters or scammed items will NOT be refund or restored.

Penalty

1. First offense : 3 day ban.
2. Second offense : 1 week ban.
3. Third offense : Permanent ban. 

Request

• Players can make a request for our GMs to update the server to make the server more fun and enjoyable, and we welcome your suggestions.
• GMs will not entertain any request to check trade logs because players are not supposed to share their account.
